3. Work Flow
1. All orders (Vector art, replicating art, digitizing art, and catalogue art)
are all entered online using a web application. The client enters the
order information online at time of initial request.
2. Guidelines for orders should be provided by client ensure
consistency for final product.
3. Once order is received via the online web form. The order detail is
then screened by Production admin to ensure all pertinent information
is available to complete the order.
4. The order is then assigned to an artist for production.
5. Once production is complete the order under goes Quality Control to
ensure the order is consistent with the client’s original instructions.
6. The completed files are uploaded to the web for the client to retrieve.
4. Order Types
• Vector Art - graphic master creation, can use for replication
on both screen print and embroidery
• Catalogue Art - graphic/catalog creation with vector
art/replicating art. This category could also include photo
retouching, background clipping, etc.
• Digitizing Art - from graphic Master or replicated Art to
digitizing file, only for embroideries.
• Replicating Art - from graphic master to individual style's Art,
with actual colorways, logos, and copyrights whatever is
needed, can use for both screen print and embroidery.
• Artpack Layout – utilizing stock libraries or custom art to
create one off custom layout(s). Usually for custom garments
such as t shirts, caps, jackets, etc.
5. Vector Art – Overview
• Vector art files are used for several different
applications: screen printing, sublimation, inkjet
printing, digital printing, wide format printing, for
embroidery digitizing, engraving, laser cutting, and
more.
• Conversion from raster to vector formats requires
complete image redrawing by an artist in most
cases.

9. Digitizing - Overview
• Providing professional custom digitizing services for
commercial embroiders. Our designs not only look great but
run efficiently in production settings, limiting thread breaks,
trims, and unnecessary stitches.
• All orders are sampled on the fabric selection chosen by the
client to ensure the best possible results when stitched.
• Upon delivery the client receives the stitch format of their
choosing along with a scanned image of the sew out.

16. Catalogue Art / Artpack Layout
• Catalogue art ranges from photo clipping, retouching, page
layout, and more.
• Our artists are capable of learning and adapting to the client’s
expectations for layout needs.

This particular layout is processed
using a stock library of HD
Motorcycles in combination with the
HD and School logos. The artists
then marries the images together
along with the added type.
33. Conclusion
• All of the images and order types viewed in this presentation
are indicative of the type of work processed daily at our
facility.
• We are open to developing new and more efficient processes
