handling DDP and DDU shipments
Well versed in preparation and advising rate quote ( USA Imports customs clearance, devanning,
warehousing and delivery ) to end customers in USA.
a) Advising customers at U.S.A. the cargo arrival intimation / notice
b) Updating status of shipments after its arrival ( regarding freight / customs / Exam hold if any )
c) Preparation of invoices and advising customer
d) Obtaining payment from customers
e) Arranging for freight release from steamer lines
f) Funds transfer to Shipping lines and Port terminals thru ACH method / Wire transfer
g) Advising customer the freight release
h) Shipment tracking through web tracking
i) Co-ordination with freight forwarders / customers / steamer lines and transporters in USA for
effective clearance of cargo upon its arrival
j) Arranging door delivery from U.S. Ports, Rail Ramps and warehouses to all inland destinations across
