operations and ensuring that shipment’s requirements are fully and timely met with strong
hold on safety and compliance and based on the company’s standards and the client’s
unique requirements. These also include but are not limited to (1) cost control, (2) timely
billing, (3) settling of billing disputes, (4) review and action on Work in Progress (WIP) and
Accruals.
Project Administrator
Shell Philippines Exploration BV (Malampaya Phase 2 and 3 Projects)
(for the period of July 01, 2014 to Feb. 29, 2016)
Manpower supplied by Royal Cargo to act as the Customs Brokerage Representative with the
responsibility of ensuring that all shipping and logistics requirements are being met with
strict compliance on safety and firm obedience on the required documentation and legal
process set forth by the company and the concerned entities involved. These include but are
not limited to (1) identification and understanding the extra ordinary and urgent
requirements of the client and provide answers and solutions on the concerns raised (2) pro-
actively anticipating client’s needs and identifying improvements (3) active participation on
meetings with the vendors/shippers, buyers, and expediters for concerns regarding the pre-
import permit and customs clearance documentary requirements (4) ensuring that all
shipments are covered by the Tax Exemption Certificate or Import Permit to enjoy duty &
tax privileges, and of the Pre-Import Permit as applicable (5) ensuring that the shipping
documents from vendors/shippers and forwarders are in compliance with the customs
clearance requirements (6) Close monitoring of shipments from arrival, customs clearance
and delivery to site (7) Shipment’s status reporting to buyer’s, end-users and the contract
holder (8) Handling the Ship’s Agency requirements such as clearance of client’s support
vessels, securing Special Work Permit (SWP) and Visa Extensions for the Foreign Nationals
working for the Project. (9) Attends on the Project Closure by ensuring that all shipments are
closed and that all files were accounted and filed both at Royal Cargo office and on the
client’s data base.

In-charge of supervising the timely and accurate documentation of the shipments and

Responsible for the timely and accurate documentation of the shipments and monitoring
