2. ● Develop executive relationships within key assigned accounts to support the positioning
and selling of Summa solutions alongside Summa Sales Team and Summa
Management Team members.
● Partner with Summa management to provide career path planning and coaching to
ensure consultant job satisfaction and professional growth for Solution Architects.
● Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes
and methodology including formal/informal performance review processes and feedback
as needed.
● Participate as a member of the “Extended Leadership Team” at Summa, providing input
and feedback to the other leadership team members, and accepting the assignment of
tasks and possibly the leadership of various strategic initiatives.
● Perform all of the duties and meet all of the requirements defined in the “Solution
Architect” job description at Summa.

● Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle from inception through
maintenance
● Understanding of application development consulting and the business of customers and

● Business acumen (client business drivers)
● Financial analysis (e.g., ROI & TCO)
● Sales and marketing
● Strong client service orientation – demonstrated ability to build effective
working relationships with stakeholders leading to “trusted advisor status”
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
● Demonstrated facilitation, collaboration and problem solving skills
Required Experience:
● 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years experience, within the professional
services/consulting industry, with at least 5 years demonstrated success in a practice
development/management role
