Developing social media strategy and plan in 2nd Semester 2021
Researching social media trends and competitor movements and building a recommendation to
the team of changes that are relevant to the community’s marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain
number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Creating social media events with relevant communities to increase digital engagements
Developing a content strategy and planning that aligns with and sets out to achieve the
community's goals and objectives
