1. To Whom it May Concern:
This is my personal recommendation for Nicole Dion.
Nicole served as an application trainer for over 300 users during the firm’s Windows 7 / Office
2010 deployment that lasted 1 year and 3 mo. with our particular firm. The project required
Nicole to travel to 10 offices in several states to train attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries
in Windows 7, Office 2010 and several legal-specific applications. The classes ranged from four
to eight hours.
Because of the nature of our applications other than Windows and Office, Nicole was required to
become proficient in them in order to train our users. She quickly mastered them and did a fine
job. She was always prompt and ready to start her classes on time. Several users told me that
they enjoyed the class and gave rave reviews to Nicole. We sent a survey to all our users after
training and we received many positive responses about her thorough understanding of the
subject matter and her teaching style.
I would not hesitate to use Nicole on a future project. She would be a valuable addition to any
organization looking for an enthusiastic, engaging teacher.
