Qualifying Summary
Demonstrated the ability to develop and lead an NCAA bowling program to being one of the top programs in the
country for the lastsix seasons. Recruited and developed multiple Junior Team USA members, NTCA All-
Americans, and one NTCA Player of the year.

Head Coach Women’s Bowling August 2009-Present
Responsible for team operations of the nationally ranked program, such as scheduling event travel, and
managing the team budget.
 Create and implement training schedule for individual players based on monthly evaluations.
 Monitor the academic progress of each student-athlete to ensure that each member is meeting all NCAA and
institutional requirements.
 Coordinate the Mid-Winter Invitational Tournament, which hosts more than a dozen teams from across the
country.
 Hosting prospective student-athletes and their parents on official campus visits during the recruiting process.
Centralia Bowl – Centralia, WA
Owner/Operator August 2006-July 2009
 Managed daily business operations from open to close such as league play and open play.
 Repaired and maintained the pinsetters to ensure that all lanes are functional for league and open play.
 Managed youth tournaments, which included submission of scholarship information for tournament
champions.
 Conducted food and beverage inventory and submitted orders to vendors to ensure that all items are in stock.
Nelnet Loan Servicing – Lincoln, NE June 2004-July 2006
Quality Assurance Specialist-Consolidation Department
 Monitored the outbound calls made by Nelnet Consolidation Representatives.
 Ensured that the representatives were following federal regulations regarding the consolidation process.
 Provided feedback to representatives to allow them to take the appropriate actions in improving their overall
