Michael Justiniano has over 15 years of coaching experience in softball and cross country at the collegiate level. He holds a Master's degree in Sports Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Health Science. As a coach, he has helped develop practice plans, budgets, and community outreach programs. Some of his coaching highlights include multiple all-conference selections for softball, high academic achievement for cross country teams, and winning records. Currently, he serves as the head coach for a local adult baseball league.
