Paul Henderson has over 19 years of experience coaching high school basketball. As the current head coach at Riverdale High School since 2012, he has achieved the school's best ever win/loss record in his first year and won league championships in 2012-2013 and 2014-2015. Previously, he transformed the basketball program at Gervais High School from 2009-2012, creating their first winning season since 2004 and being named Coach of the Year in 2011-2012. He has a proven track record of developing strong player skills and implementing successful strategies to motivate teams to perform at high levels.
