Enterprise organizations are increasingly adopting Agile frameworks to help scale Agile practices across multiple teams. Five popular Enterprise Agile frameworks are described: SAFe, LESS Huge, DAD, Nexus, and Spotify. SAFe supports the largest number of teams but requires significant organizational changes. LESS Huge and Nexus are best for 8-15 and 3-9 teams respectively. DAD provides guidance on processes and tools but not implementation. Spotify's flexible team structure was influenced by its values system. Overall, these frameworks provide recommendations and structures to help large organizations overcome issues with inconsistent practices when scaling Agile.

DAD is a hybrid approach which

strategies from Agile Modeling
(AM), Extreme Programming
(XP) and several other methods
