The Job in Jeopardy (JIJ) program assists employees at risk of losing their job due to injury, illness, or disability. An employment consultant will work with the employer and employee to implement actions like work redesign, workplace assessments, and modifications over a 26 week period to help the employee remain employed. Eligible employees must be currently working minimum 8 hours/week, be at risk of job loss due to their situation, and not receive other disability employment assistance. The JIJ program and allied health services are completely free for employers and employees.
