AIM : To Determine “contributor 
personality” in a person 
 Main aim is to determine about the contributor, 
how do they differ from the non-contributors. 
 What are the differences regarding certain aspects 
such as overall approach with others , in the 
society etc.
Who is contributors? 
 Contributors go all out to try and find an answers. 
they take responsibility for ‘making things happen ’ 
in any situation. 
“Value + Effectivness”.
ABOUT THE CONTRIBUTOR 
 The contributor is the person who give their 
contribution in growing the tree just to reduce the 
pollution in environment to take just free air which is 
away from unhealthy 
 The contributor are the people who always support 
on true matter in the best possible way. 
 The contributor is the person who help others 
without any expectation and hesitation. 
 The contributor is a team player who gives his best 
performance to win as a team. He always think first 
for his team as well as country for which he is 
playing.
 Contributors define themselves in terms of what 
they will become or accomplish( e.g. capacity to 
deliver, commitment and ownership of the 
organizations purpose ,etc.) this is dynamic 
identity based on your “being” and “becoming”.
