Practical training is an important aspect of management education that exposes students to real-world work situations and allows them to apply theory in practice. The author completed a mandatory 1.5 month practical training with Hindustan Unilever, where they studied customer satisfaction with the brand "Pure it." The company provided an excellent learning environment, and the consumer goods industry is facing changes in technology, operations, and structure due to globalization, mergers, environmental issues, and evolving customer satisfaction levels and market requirements.

1. PREFACE
Practical and Theory are the two aspects of Management education. The practical training in the
domain of management courses has received vital importance. It exposes to the potential
manager towards the actual work situation and gives a student rich insight into what practically
is going on inside the industries, infect it is the implementation of theory into practices which is
the life force of management.
One n Half months practical training is an obligatory requirement for the B.B.A. It was of great
advantage to receive practical training in „Study of customers satisfaction towards “Pure it”
(Hindustan unilever)‟.The management of the company offered an excellent learning situation.
There have been considerable changes in the technology, operation and structure of the industry
due to globalization, mergers, environmental issues and new challenges being posed by the
changing customer satisfaction levels and multiple market requirements are forcing industry to
adapt to new solutions.
