1. Find pilots and crew members who are directly involved
with current processes
Finding people that have opinions on everyday
processes will be very helpful. It is crucial to have an 	
empathetic understanding of the users involved in your
current processes.
2. Obstacle Awareness
At this point awareness becomes critical. The users must
understand if obstacles are present or anticipated on a
day to day basis.
3. Give Explanation
	Simply explain, in general terms, what the flight crew
is suppose to do. What is tested, what processes, etc.
Make it perfectly clear we are testing processes not
personnel.
MAKE CERTAIN YOU HAVE THE CORRECT CREW IN PLACE

GETTING READY FOR TAKE OFF
JETbox can not run without the proper team on board. Each
employee is vital to the success of the digital transformation
journey. Below is a list of designated roles for each member
on board. Keep in mind also that an employee can have more
than one designated role depending on various processes
and tasks. Assign your team members now so we can start
our engines!
The Navigator is the project manager or person in charge of the department.
They can assign flight members, delegate tasks/ projects and lead.
The Pilot serves as the business process expert or department manager
overseeing the Jobes Epic Transformation process. As a Pilot, you will delegate
tasks and keep your crew engaged throughout the journey. Have a productive
and rewarding Epic Transformation.
The co-pilot is typically the assistant to the pilot. This person can take control,
delegate some tasks and document the journey. Who is assisting the pilot?
Crew members are all other employees in the company who aide in all business
processes.These are people who are involved in the steps of business processes
and complete tasks to reach an end goal.

Find pilots and crew members who are directly involved with current processes Finding people that have opinions on everyday processes will be very helpful. It is crucial to have an empathetic understanding of the users involved in your current processes. 2. Obstacle Awareness At this point awareness becomes critical. The users must understand if obstacles are present or anticipated on a day to day basis. 3. Give Explanation Simply explain, in general terms, what the flight crew is suppose to do. What is tested, what processes, etc. Make it perfectly clear we are testing processes not personnel. Each employee is vital to the success of the digital transformation journey. Below is a list of designated roles for each member on board. Keep in mind also that an employee can have more than one designated role depending on various processes and tasks. Assign your team members now so we can start our engines! The Navigator is the project manager or person in charge of the department. They can assign flight members, delegate tasks/ projects and lead. The Pilot serves as the business process expert or department manager overseeing the Jobes Epic Transformation process. As a Pilot, you will delegate tasks and keep your crew engaged throughout the journey. Have a productive and rewarding Epic Transformation. The co-pilot is typically the assistant to the pilot. This person can take control, delegate some tasks and document the journey. Who is assisting the pilot? Crew members are all other employees in the company who aide in all business processes.These are people who are involved in the steps of business processes and complete tasks to reach an end goal.
