At this point awareness becomes critical. The users must
understand if obstacles are present or anticipated on a
day to day basis.
3. Give Explanation
Simply explain, in general terms, what the flight crew
is suppose to do. What is tested, what processes, etc.

The Navigator is the project manager or person in charge of the department.

The Pilot serves as the business process expert or department manager
overseeing the Jobes Epic Transformation process. As a Pilot, you will delegate
tasks and keep your crew engaged throughout the journey. Have a productive

The co-pilot is typically the assistant to the pilot. This person can take control,
delegate some tasks and document the journey. Who is assisting the pilot?
