Jesus feeds 4000 people with just 7 loaves of bread and a few fish. A young boy had brought the 7 loaves and fish to listen to Jesus teach. The people had been listening to Jesus for 3 days without food. When Jesus saw they were hungry, he had them sit in groups. He blessed the 7 loaves and fish, broke them, and had the disciples distribute them. Miraculously, everyone ate and was filled, with 7 baskets of leftovers. The people were amazed at Jesus' ability to bless the small amount of food.

2) Esther and the Jews fasted and prayed for three days to ask God for help.
3) The king couldn't sleep and learned of Mordecai's past good deed, leading to Haman being hanged and the Jews being saved.
4) Jews celebrate the Feast of Purim each year to remember being saved through fasting and prayer.
Pope kyrillos vi
Pope Kyrillos VI was known for his ceaseless prayer, praying the liturgy daily. He lived alone in a deserted windmill which he turned into a church. He had a special friendship with St. Mina, who he would ask for help solving problems, which were always resolved. Many miracles occurred through his prayers, such as healing children. He renewed the monastery of St. Mina and spent much time there in prayer. His life of constant prayer and reliance on God through liturgy and the saints is an example for all Christians.
Jonah part i
God calls Jonah to preach to Nineveh but Jonah flees by boat. A storm arises and the sailors discover Jonah is responsible, throwing him into the sea to calm it. Jonah is swallowed by a large fish, prays inside for three days, and is then vomited out. God again calls Jonah to Nineveh, where his warning of destruction in three days causes the entire city to repent from the king to the animals. God sees their repentance and decides not to destroy the city, showing his desire for all people to repent and be saved.
St. anthony
St. Anthony the Great was born in Upper Egypt in the 3rd century AD to a wealthy Christian family. At age 18, after the deaths of his parents, he heard a passage from the Bible calling him to give up his possessions and follow God. He gave his wealth to the poor and became a hermit, living in a cave to devote himself fully to God. For many years, St. Anthony struggled against demonic temptations and visions, emerging victorious through his strong faith. He became a teacher and father figure to many monks, establishing several monasteries before his death at age 105.
Incarnation
God took human form and became man as Jesus. Jesus was fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin woman according to prophecy to be without sin so he could defeat evil and free those waiting in Hades after death. Only God meets all the characteristics needed for our savior. Thus, God became man in the form of Jesus to save humanity and open paradise again for the righteous, because He loves us.
A real christian faith

St. Nicholas was a real saint from the city of Myra in the 4th century. He was known for his generous giving and charity, especially giving money anonymously to help three daughters of a poor man afford marriages after their father lost his wealth. St. Nicholas threw bags of gold into the man's house on three separate nights without taking credit. When the man discovered it was St. Nicholas, he thanked him for saving his daughters from poverty or sinful lives. St. Nicholas is the basis for the legend of Santa Claus who brings gifts during Christmas.
Baby jesus in the manger
Mary and Joseph traveled to Bethlehem for the census but found no room at the inns. They stayed in a stable where Jesus was born and laid in a manger among the animals. The stable provided shelter for the holy family on the important night that Jesus Christ, God in human form, was born on earth to show people how to live as God's children.
To mary came gabriel
The angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and told her she would conceive and give birth to a son named Jesus. Gabriel said Jesus would be called the Son of God and would reign forever. Mary was initially confused because she was a virgin but Gabriel explained the Holy Spirit would come upon her and empower her to conceive. Mary accepted God's will and said "Let it be according to your word."
St. philopater marcorious 2010
St. PhilopaterMarcorious was a 17-year old soldier who became a leader in the Roman army. During a war against invading Berbers, an angel appeared to Marcorious dressed in white and holding a sword of light. The angel gave Marcorious the sword of light and assured him that God would help lead them to victory. With the heavenly sword alongside his own, Marcorious was empowered and led the army to defeat the Berbers. After their victory, the Emperor honored Marcorious for his courage and leadership provided by God through His angel.

Jesus Feeds 4000 People
- 1. Jesus Feeds 4000 People November 29, 2009 – Hatour 20, 1726 AM
- 2. Memory Verse “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35)
- 3. Introduction What is the miracle we spoke about last week? “At your word, I will let down my net” (Luke 5:15) What must we do before we have our meals? Who gives us food?
- 4. On the way to Jesus A young boy woke up early in the morning and was excited because he was going to go listen to Jesus. His mother gave him 7 loaves of bread and few fish for lunch that day. He thanked his mother and left to go listen to Jesus.
- 5. 3 days without food When he found Jesus Christ, Jesus was surrounded with thousands of people. They were all listening to His sweet words. All the people stayed with Jesus for 3days without complaining of being tired or hungry.
- 6. Jesus had compassion on the people Jesus felt that the people must be very hungry and tired by now and so he asked the disciples if they have any food. The disciples said, there is too many people and it is IMPOSSIBLE for us to be able to feed all of them here in the wilderness.
- 7. 7 loaves and few fish So Jesus asked them, “how many loaves do we have?” They said there is a boy here who has only 7 loaves and few fish. So Jesus asked the people to sit down in groups.
- 8. Jesus gave thanks Jesus took the 7 loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His disciples to give to the people. Jesus took the fish and gave thanks, broke them and gave to His disciples to give to the people.
- 10. Can 7 = 4000 ? By the end: Everyone ate and was filled. There was also 7 baskets leftover. Everyone was amazed at how Jesus Christ blessed the 7 loaves and few fish to feed 4000 men + wives + children.
- 11. All Glorified God Jesus saw that the people were filled and let them go back to their homes.
- 12. Memory Verse “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35)

- 14. Conclusion Christ gave us enough food to eat and be filled and happy. He can bless the very little and make it lots. This was a great miracle that shows how kind and caring Jesus Christ is to us His people. He would not let them leave without feeding them.
