EXPERIENCE San Diego State Football Program San Diego , California August 2013 ‐ Present Athletic Equipment Manager ● Utilize outstanding organizational skills as I attend to the needs of the coaches, players, and administration on a daily basis both on and off the football field. Set up the practice field, run position drills and meet the needs of coaches on their timeline. Assist players and coaches on game days and travel days. Manage the process of issuing equipment and uniforms, maintain equipment and handle a high volume of athletic laundry. Direct a team of ten student equipment managers during practices, travel, and games. React quickly to a high speed, intense environment, ensuring that the team is in position to operate smoothly on a daily basis. Demonstrate the ability to adjust quickly to the needs of the coaching staff and players in a dynamic environment. Exhibit leadership with my team of managers by delegating responsibility, communicating and putting them in the best position to effectively carry out their responsibilities. Educate them on the fraternity's history, values, and means of operation. Acclimate new members to college life, stressing the importance of attention to academics and time management. Facilitate weekly study hours and meetings to reinforce these values. Respond to individual academic and personal needs when needed. Periodically remove members from the fraternity for failing to uphold academic and/or social expectations. Nickelodeon Universe ‐ Mall of America Minneapolis , Minnesota May 2014 ‐ August 2014 Ride Operator ● Operated a circuit of four amusement park rides over the course of each shift. Provided excellent customer service, safety, and cleanliness in my work area. Nanny Mendota Heights , Minnesota May 2013 ‐ August 2013 Sherry Essen and Family ● Provided structure and basic needs for eight and thirteen year old boys. Provided transportation, meals, and other needs as they arose. Cleaned and maintained the family home. VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCES Boy’s and Girls Club of America San Diego, California February 2014 ‐ Present ● Volunteering multiple times a month to assist Boy’s and Girl’s staff with operations. Reading with children, playing sports, and assisting with any needs that arise. Summer Camp Counselor and Staff Minneapolis, Minnesota August 2010 ‐ Present Camp Tamarack ● Counseling and volunteer staff at a week long summer camp. A co‐counselor and myself are in charge of ten campers for the entire week. Overall mission is to ensure campers have a great experience at Camp Tamarack, while giving equal attention to all campers, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating with directors about any issues that may come up. Duties include making sure campers get to meals and activities on time, attending to all health concerns, and working with young campers who may be experiencing home‐sickness. Sometimes I engage in a staff role opposed to counseling. As staff I am in charge of running a daily activity, such as archery or drama, as well as ensuring a good environment for campers.

Basketball Coach Mendota Heights, Minnesota November 2012 ‐ March 2013 Henry Sibley High School ninth grade team ● As a senior in high school I volunteered as the assistant ninth grade basketball coach. I helped run practices, organized uniforms, and kept the statistics book during games. When the head coach had to take a leave of absence I coached the team alone. I compiled a 2‐1 record over the three game span as the head coach.
