JES is an organization that aims to create a more livable and attractive city for youth by developing innovative initiatives. Its major goals are to promote youth participation in society, culture, youth work, and policymaking through activities like education, training, and sharing knowledge. JES operates centers in three major cities in Flanders and takes an integrated approach to crossing borders between different areas like culture, sports, welfare, education, and employment. Its activities include training youth workers, providing educational activities in the city, and supporting local youth work and policy participation.
