Jenny Bell has over seventeen years of experience in real estate and construction management and leadership roles. She currently serves as a Division Sales Manager for Meritage Homes, where she focuses on continuously educating herself on the industry and making a positive impact through her leadership. Previously, she held roles like General Sales Manager and owned her own sales training firm. She is recognized in the industry for her achievements and passion for positively impacting others. Her mission is to build lasting relationships by focusing on client needs and providing personalized service while guiding individuals to make an impact.

About Me
As a Division Sales Manager with over seventeen years of experience in management and
leadership in real estate and construction I am proud to be a part of the Meritage family,
representing an organization who stands for values such as my own. Our focus,
Life.Built.Better, is a true testament to that. I have been a part of the industry for many
years, previously holding the role of General Sales Manager for another of the nation’s top
10 residential home builders. Working alongside a team of dynamic leaders in one of their
most profitable and successful divisions, I was honored to make contributions through my
leadership. I focus on continuously educating myself on all aspects of the industry. I am
an OSHA certified, and a Board Member of Women in Construction. My experience also
includes multifamily residential, commercial projects, as well as previously holding a
General Contractor’s license. I have owned and managed my own sales training firm, and
have been called upon to motivate sales teams across the country sharing my passion and
drive to make a difference in the lives of others. Recognition has been awarded to me
during my career for numerous sales achievements from organizations such as GHBA, as
well as large real estate and construction companies including recognition for being the
youngest agent to represent the largest privately held real estate firm on the east coast in a
closing. I am honored daily to be a Meritage leader, with a team and company that
supports the passion that drives me personally, allowing me the opportunity to positively
touch the lives of my team, the organization, the community, and the industry. I am
afforded the opportunity to make a positive impact both directly and indirectly by
touching the lives of many people. On a personal level, I make it a point to face my fears
head on - making no excuses. I am driven by my faith, and by my love for my family. The
glass is always half full, and for me… failure is not an option.
