Jennifer learned to use Microsoft Word more effectively for school projects and papers by learning how to outline, format spacing, and write better. She also gained proficiency in Microsoft Excel by learning to format and design graphs, and found the program easier to use after reviewing tutorials. For Microsoft Access, Jennifer learned it can accomplish more with fewer steps than other programs, but requires having a plan, otherwise it's easy to get lost while using its more complex features.

2. Microsoft Word
• This was one of my favorite programs to use
this semester.
• I learned how to use it much better.
• I feel comfortable doing my projects in Word
because now I know how to use it.
• I learned how to write my school papers
better and how to outline and how my space
the right way.

3. Microsoft Excel
• My second favorite program to use was
Microsoft Excel it is a real hard program to use
when you know nothing about it.
• Once you read the chapter and look up
information about Excel it becomes so much
easier to use.
• I learned how to format and design graphs.

4. Microsoft Access
• My last favorite program is Microsoft Access.
• This program is more complex and harder to
use.
• I learned that it uses less steps to do more
work in the end.
• I learned that you have to at least have an
idea of what your trying to do because if you
don’t then you will get lost in trying to use it.
