The relationship with Jenni Martin Enterprises was very difficult. Steve McCallister, who lived on the property, was rude, loud, pushy, and swore frequently. He demanded excessive amounts of shavings and got upset if extra horses were boarded without permission. Jenni Martin Enterprises also did not clean up after themselves, stole shavings at the end of their contract, and were late and difficult payers who required extra resources like hay, cleaning, watering, and arena maintenance despite paying less than other boarders. Their security deposit only covered their final week on the property instead of the full time outlined in the contract.
