The new Jekyll Island Convention Center is scheduled to open in 2012. It will be a 128,000 square foot facility located on the coast of Jekyll Island, Georgia. The center will feature a 45,000 square foot ballroom and breakout rooms with views of the Atlantic Ocean, able to accommodate groups up to 3,000 people. It is being designed and built to achieve LEED silver certification for environmental sustainability.

oceanfront function space in a relaxed coastal setting. It is designed to handle groups up to 3,000, or as small and
intimate as a board meeting in one of our breakout rooms overlooking the dunes.

e interior design of the center will present a relaxed coastal experience in keeping with the indigenous
beachfront context. e location will extend into the new Beach Village and two adjacent hotels offering an
additional 340 rooms to the 1,600 rooms located within 5 minutes of the Convention Center and an additional
1,000 rooms within 20 minutes. Boardwalks and covered patios will allow you to stroll the shops between your
meetings, just feet from the convention center.
e new center will be built to Leed Silver Certified standards and utilize state of the art conservation design
codes, to help minimize the impact of our new Green structure.
