We are currently interested to speak to IT/FSI professionals who have an interest to work with our client as a Pre-
Sales Consultant for FSI Applications. This opportunity would be of interest to someone who enjoys direct-interfacing
with external clients in a highly consultative approach to demonstrate systems/PoCs, understand business
requirements, and field RFIs/RFPs queries in supporting the Sales Team in sales related activities.
This assignment presents the opportunity to travel regionally, and would interest those who have a desire to learn
about different country-compliances for specialized banking domains and experience different working cultures.
Best-Fit Requirements:
1. 5+ years of relevant experience. Project management is a must.
a. Experience with full Product Development and Software Delivery Lifecycle (Credit Process, Basel II
and/or corporate lending product implementation experience is a must).
b. Extensive client facing experience and/or pre-sales experience from a software house, consulting
firms or integrators including but not limited to:
i. Ability to answer functional and technical queries of RFIs and RFPs, assisting Sales
Consultants in responding to sales related queries.
ii. Generate pre-sales support documents. Build and maintain use cases and demonstration
setups of specific software modules.
iii. Preparing and conducting product workshops and/or proof of concepts at clients/ prospect
sites.
iv. Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into clear business requirements.
v. Proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns.
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking
associates. Competent in communicating information/ issues clearly and succictly to technical/ non-technical
colleagues and clients.
3. Excellent activitiy management, time management and follow-through. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple
tasks and projects concurrently. Highly organized, detail-oriented and systematic. Demonstrated problem-
solving capability and analytical skills.
4. Must be prepared to travel periodically up to 50%.
