Jennifer Smolinski has extensive experience in higher education, counseling, and law. She holds a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Salem State University, a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services from Salem State College, and a Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law.
