Industrial Design Experience:
Word Builder - Developing an interactive toy that helps children learn to read by physically putting sounds together.
Target Sensor - Working with a team of engineering and nursing students to develop a sensor that can be retrofitted
to an existing toilet fixture and will monitor various indicators of health in a persons urine. It will then relay the informa-
tion to a doctor or a nurses station.
High Speed Networking Lab - Working with Dr. Vinod Vokkarane and a team of graduate students to implement a client
that interfaces with the Energy Sciences Network On-Demand Secure Circuits and Advance Reservation System or
OSCARS, to run different connection scenarios and find the best fit.
Samsung - Summer 2008- Enrolled in Samsung Design Membership program, worked in a team with five other
interns to create a project that was presented to Samsung Headquarters in Seoul, Korea. The project centralized
around two common marketing trends, baby boomers, and urban living. Extensive research was conducted to
determine different areas of exploration that would result from the intersection of two different trends. Three products
were introduced and nominated for several awards.

Webb De Vlam -July 2010 -January 2011- Met with clients, setup workshops to gauge their expectations, and
performed several design functions in a fast paced packaging design firm environment while collaborating with
multi-functional teams of up to six individuals.
Gemline -February 2011 - December 2014- Industrial Designer at a promotional bag development company.
Managed up to twelve development projects per quarter, championing each project from market analysis and
initiation, through design and into product launch.
