This is project done for my Electronic Design class during the beginning of my Sophomore year at SCAD. The objective was to reinforce basic and In-Place modeling techniques and to work with CAD STANDARDS using accurate sheet naming and title blocks.
This is a four story family home for 5 built on a hill like topography consisting of a river, a walkway to a balcony from the basement level and fully furnished interiors.
The sheet includes Project Data, Notes, Floor Plans, Finish Plans, Colored Plans, Ceiling Plans, Exterior Elevations, Interior Elevations, Sections, Poche Sections, Enlarged Sections, Enlarged Plans, Details, Room Finish Schedule, User Define, Renderings, Interior Camera views, Exterior Camera views, Exploded Axon and Exploded Section. The final presentation was displayed on an Architectural D sheet.

Cranberry fields forever! Located in the agricultural centre of the province, just west of the town of Berwick, this vibrant agricultural location is a mix of active farming operations and two residential properties. Planet Fun has been transformed into the lush wilderness of Kanto, and wild Pokemon have invited curious passersby to join in their spring hunt for valuable poke eggs!
This project involved a spring promotion overlay for popular toy store Planet Fun in Savannah, Georgia. It was designed to bring in crowds of tourists to Savannah both young and old through tie-in's with the Pokemon GO app and in-store sales on Pokemon merchandise.

CERTIFICATES, INSPECTIONS AND AGENCY APPROVALS
TO THE OWNER.
4. FABRICATE AND INSTALL ALL WORK IN STRICT
ACCORDANCE WITH THE IBC, ALL APPLICABLE STATE AND
LOCAL CODES, AND THE GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENTARY
CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT.
5. ALL CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER PERFORMANCE OF THEIR
WORK, COORDINATING WITH OTHER TRADES, MEANS AND
METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION, SAFETY AND SECURITY ON
SITE.

CONSTRUCTION. REPAIR OR REPLACE, WITHOUT
ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO THE OWNER, ANY EXISTING
WORK DAMAGED DURING THE COURSE OF
CONSTRUCTION.
2. UNLESS ITEMS OF MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT OR
WORK ARE SPECIFICALLY NOTED TO BE PROVIDED
OR FURNISHED BY OTHERS, THEY SHALL BE
PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT THE FACILITY
FROM WEATHER AND MAINTAIN SECURITY DURING
