explain them basics, but are less flexible
DO:
•Monitor workers and stimulate an
administrator to do the same
•Talk to the administrator about the keys
•Ask a waitress who ordered beer
2. THINK:
•Think about your job before you have
graduated (find unpaid job, choose your
thesis properly)
•You can never estimate people other way
than hire for probation period
FEEL:
•Uncomfortable because of lack of
“people like me” (but accepts it as a
challenge)
•Lot of effort in hiring, little output
•You must hire a person, not a skill set
3. A young, joyous, goal-oriented, smart and courageous
café owner needs a better way to find matching candidates with less effort,
because hiring of wrong people is waste of time, money and profit
