As an interim CMO, the client worked with ITI to refine its positioning, develop new marketing materials, launch a new website, and implement a CRM system. This included positioning ITI as a solution provider rather than just a product company, updating sales collateral, redesigning the website, and setting up Salesforce for opportunity management.
