This system is influenced by the surface roughness of the
bottle and the chain, the velocity of movement, the weight of
the bottle, the temperature and the properties of the lubricant.
Method of lubricating a conveyor
            system
1. Conveyor lubricants are employed in applications in
   which good gliding contact between solid surfaces such
   as glass – metal or plastic – metal must be ensured.
2. Lubricants are applied onto conveyor to ensure trouble
   free of bottle conveyance.
How to measure friction level
• The friction coefficient µ is used to evaluate and
  compare the friction in different systems.
• The smaller the value of µ the lower is the friction.
• The following table gives some examples for friction and
  its reduction by fluids used as lubricants:
