1) A kinetic model of the zeoforming process was developed based on analyzing experimental kinetic data from laboratory integral reactors. The model includes lumped reaction components and estimated rate constants and activation energies.
2) The zeoforming process involves several consecutive and parallel reactions on acid-base sites of zeolite catalysts. Main reactions include C-C bond scission in paraffins and olefin disproportination with aromatic formation.
3) Analysis of experimental data showed that increasing temperature and decreasing space velocity increased gas yield and reduced liquid fractions, shifting liquid products to contain more iso-paraffins and aromatics.
