SUMMARY
This course enables the participants to learn about the best practices for implementing and
managing a process improvement based on Six Sigma quantitative methods as specified in ISO
13053-1, as well as ISO 13053-2 (Quantitative methods in process improvement – Six Sigma –
Part 2: Tools and techniques).
COURSE AGENDA
DAY 1: Introduction to Six Sigma quantitative methods in process improvement as required by ISO 13053
DAY 2: Implementing requirements from ISO 13053 and Certification Exam
PECB’s 1 Hour Certified ISO 13053 Foundation exam is available in different languages. The candidates
who do not pass the exam will be able to retake it for free within 12 months from the initial exam date.
A certificate of Certified ISO 13053 Foundation will be issued to participants who successfully
pass the ISO 13053 Foundation Exam:
