I am an honest genuine person who has gained many valuable skills including: team-working, autonomy, leadership, effective
    communication, motivation, reliability, empathy, decision making, ability to work to timescales, deal with
    sensitive/confidential issues etc whilst working within the public sector. My employment ranges also include, youth worker,
    fitness instructor, trampoline coach, chambermaid, post-woman and console operator all of which I participated in when my
    children were young prior to entrance to Nursing.
I have worked in the Public Sector since the age of 16yrs (34yrs in total) and have been a qualified Mental Health Nurse since
    March 1996.
Having the ability to assist changes in the lives of others in a positive manner, psychologically, physically and environmentally is
    paramount. I view myself as a credible and approachable role model for learners. I am able to deal with conflict through
    effective communication. Pride myself in strong presentation skills, can work effectively as a team member or autonomously
    prioritising work where applicable. I am good motivator to others, also mentored student nurses in the past. have a good
    level of experience in effective partnership working and liaising with other agencies.
I have good sense of humour, believe in keeping healthy by running and keeping fit regularly, have a positive outlook on life and
    have a very strong awareness of health and well being. I enjoy seeing others achieving their goals and working with people
    has something I pride myself in and have done for over 30yrs. I believe I am a `people person` who is:
