This document discusses the Insider Peacebuilders Platform (IPP), which aimed to bring together stakeholders across conflict lines in southern Thailand to jointly analyze and address the conflict through learning processes. Over nine months, the IPP held workshops that used tools like the "onion model" to facilitate discussion and build understanding. The outcomes included a comprehensive joint conflict analysis, cultivation of interest in peace processes, and an environment more conducive to public discourse and peace dialogue. Challenges included difficulty inviting all stakeholders and measuring macro impacts. Key lessons were that inclusive platforms are critical for meaningful transformation, and joint learning can build trust but must link to formal peace processes to have holistic impacts.
