What is InVuite?

InVuite is a process orchestration and workflow management platform for sending
and retrieving information.
• Accessible on any smart device.
• Provides a powerful application for managing and orchestrating any types of
information retrieval and communication requirements through a modern, secure and
agile platform.
• Catering for the need of a highly diverse user base (insurers, hospitals, TPAs), InVuite
offers Insurers a flexible and seamless information exchange through open APIs
(where required) and easily customizable, dynamic Smart Forms.
• InVuite offers a configurable workflow engine with automated notifications, combined
with a configurable, profile-based user management to control access and privileges.
• The platform offers real-time transaction data with full transparency and audit-proof
reporting of all event activities performed on the platform, also enabling granular data
collection and use with analytical tools (such as machine learning/AI).
• InVuite is designed as a plug and play solution that can easily connect through open
API to other applications such as insurer front- and backend systems (incl.
communication with policy holders, claims and underwriting engines, administration and
billing) OR be used as a stand-alone web application..
• The secure platform with data being encrypted in transit and at rest allows you to
comply with any regulatory standards (such as TRM or PDPA).
• The Invuite platform and all data can be hosted in your AWS (Amazon web services)

Common Information Request Types that can be performed by Invuite
• Medical Information retrieval – Smart form templates can be created for all your
medical information request needs. All existing templates/questionnaires can be
recreated as smart forms or still used as is PDF or other and sent via legacy tech
(email/efax).
• Communication with the Insured (Dynamic UW) – You can schedule workflow events
to allow you to automatically communicate with the Insured (eg where there may be
exclusions on policies) when required; allowing proactive interaction and reducing
lapse rates.
• Pathology and Rehab requests can be sent to your panel or provider of choice
automatically as a smart form or traditionally (email/efax)
• Tele interviewing and medical second opinion can be used within the existing
workflow.
• Minor modifications allow you to use Invuite as a starting point for the insured to
lodge a First notice of loss (FNOL)
Managed outsourcing
• You can give BPOs access to some or all of your tasks while retaining full control and
having full transparency over all requests at all stages. This allows you to reduce you
current spend by only outsourcing tasks you cant do automatically.
• Profile based access allows you to have various levels of access throughout a
requests lifecycle while always maintaining control. You can change access levels at
any time.

Medical Information retrieval (UW & Claims)
Two Australian BPOs use Invuite as the central point of their businesses to support requests for a range
of information needs.
Working closely with Invuite and their Insurance clients has enabled the Insurers to:
- make direct cost savings in the amount they pay per Medical information request
- Improve cycle times
- Offer a variable service offering to their customers (communication, workflow, reporting.
- Continue to add features and functionality (including API integrations) for further customer benefit.
Pathology
An Australian BPO uses Invuite for their Pathology business with admin staff and nurses in the field
using Invuite to complete smart form questionnaires while they take bloods.
Financial Reconciliation
Invuite is working with a leading Australian Insurer to help them manage their IP Claims
reconciliation.
Consultancy
Invuite is working with Insurers in Australia and Singapore assisting them in understanding their
operational requirements with reference to information management. This has included strategy
workshops, technical pilots and operational process mapping.

• Learning from his profound experience running a leading medical and health TPA in
Australia, Martin founded InVuite in July 2016 in Melbourne Australia.
• His goal was to create a digital first solution that enables Insurers, TPAs, Insurance Advisors
and Medical Institutions to improve the way they run their business and how they engage
with their customers. The ideal architecture for achieving this is a digital native platform for
multi-stakeholder information exchange, which is what Martin and his team designed and
built.
• Working closely with Insurers in Australia, InVuite developed and built their product as a
highly modular digital platform that is easy to integrate with and offers powerful and fully
configurable workflow and automation functionalities covering all platform user profiles.
• Invuite have continued to add functionality to their platform to allow for improved user
experience and business performance for all users.
• In December 2017 InVuite expanded its international footprint by establishing its global
headquarters in Singapore with all IP residing in Singapore.
