Facebook LIVE Strategy
2016 - 2019
Challenge
In 2016, Invigorate PT in-person Parkinson’s physical
therapy & personal training services had reached
maximum capacity with a 6-month waitlist.
• People diagnosed with Parkinson’s from outside of Austin were
contacting our clinic in need of disease-specific exercise programs.
• There were very few other physical therapists and personal trainers
offering Parkinson’s specific training.
• Invigorate PT was building a digital solution (The Parkinson’s Booster
Program), but familiarity with online programs was very low with our
demographic (60 y/o+) and distrust was high, creating a barrier to
purchase.

Goals of Initiative
Use Facebook LIVE to:
• Earn trust with global Parkinson’s community.
• Increase awareness of Invigorate PT and our digital solutions.
• Establish Invigorate PT as an expert in the Parkinson’s community.
• Prepare for launch of digital solution.
Outcomes / KPIs:
• # of new email subscribers
• Revenue generated launches of digital program
