Inventory Schedule: Booked in advance by the Client
Check-In: Arranged between the Inventory Clerk and Client
The tenant will be responsible for agreeing to the Inventory documentation before keys can be handed over to
the tenant. The tenant will require signing all documentation and posting back the copies to the Inventory Clerk
in a stamped addressed envelope within 7 days of Check-in. The client will receive the signed copy for their
records.
Check-Out: Arranged by the Client before the tenant has vacated the property. Check-out will be carried out by
the Inventory clerk. A full inspection of the property will be carried out and the client is provided with a full
revised Inventory documentation.
Interim Check: Arranged by the Inventory Clerk or Client (optional) set at either 3, 6 or 12 month periods.
The client will receive a revised inventory document highlighting any issues that reflects the original Inventory.
Any action relating to issues are at the sole distraction of the Client.
