This document describes a remote patient monitoring device called Heka Fit. It lists the team members and project supervisor who developed Heka Fit. The objective of Heka Fit is to allow patients to be monitored without continuously traveling to hospitals. It aims to address the lack of medical facilities in rural areas of the country. Heka Fit works by using a wrist-band to monitor a patient's vitals and send the readings to an app, which alerts doctors and relatives if any spikes occur and allows calls to hospitals in emergencies.
