This document outlines the research and development process for a new sleep aid product called EZ Sleep. It summarizes research found online about existing sleep apnea and snoring technologies. It also defines two potential user personas - David, an older man with sleep interruptions and headaches, and Gregory, a middle-aged man with blood sugar and weight issues. Diagrams and portraits were created to represent the user personas. A branding process led to naming the new product EZ Sleep to convey an easy and playful approach to better sleep.
