This document contains research on sleep apnea and snoring technologies as well as the development of a proposed product called "Falling Asleep Easy" meant to help users fall asleep more easily without insomnia, snoring, or interruptions. It also includes user persona research on two target users - a 75-year-old man with technological frustrations and a 50-year-old man with social frustrations, along with their goals related to improving sleep.
