9. INTIMATE COMMUNICATIVE STYLE
▪This communicative style is private.
▪It is reserved for close family members or intimate
people.
▪It is enough to use short utterances here.
▪Grammar is unnecessarily used here, because it can
bring disorder to this style.
▪It is used between two very close individuals with an
economy of words, and a high chance of nonverbal
communication.
▪Like casual speech style, this is also an example of two-
way conversation since there is also a free and easy
participation of both speaker and listener.

is used among intimate members of a family or friends.
This communicative style is private and it is enough to use
