1. A Chinese girl who works at Panda Express.Aijia Zhou.
Q: How long have you been out of your hometown living and studying at UK?
A: I have been here for one year and a half. I am pretty homesick now.
Q: Do you feel strange or alone living in a foreign country?
A: I did feel alone and nervous the first month I came here. I now I got rid of it
because I found many good friends here who really helped me a lot. I am so
grateful to them.
Q: Do you like Panda Express? Why?
A: Yes I do. Because this is a place where I can find food from my hometown
even it is a little bit different because they have to appeal to the American
customers. The dishes are Americanized but it can still remind me of my
hometown. I missed the smell of my hometown dishes so much. I like this
place because it is like hometown.
Q: How do you feel working here?
A: I am feeling pretty good. I enjoy working here with some other Chinese
students, they are friendly and we become really good friends because we
are all far away from hometown at UK, we are sometimes like brothers and
sisters. I will not leave this place until I graduate.

Q: What is your favorite game here at the Cats Den?
A: I like pooling the most of course. I am good at it. You want a try?
Q: Yes, sure. How often do you come to the Cats Den for gaming?
A: Uh, about 3 times a week like every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I
have classes near the Student Center on these days so I come here for fun
during class breaks.
Q: How do you like this place? Would you try any other games here?
A: Oh, I like this place so much. See how often I come here. I enjoy pooling
sometimes with my friends and sometimes with some random guys. I also
enjoy watching the shows here. I check the schedule every month to learn
about the events coming.
Q: Do you have any suggestions on how to make this place better?
A: Uh, I guess no. I like what it is like now. It is a perfect place already. I can
find much fun here and I will visit it more often.
Q: What about your classes and homework if you play games here so often?
A: Well, I play games here just for fun and relax. I will attend every class
actually. I will still visit here as often as I used to do in the next semester even
I have more classes.
