My goal in life is to become one of the recognizable persons in my
company sir. Recognizable in the sense “If we think about an
organization only some people will come into our mind" and I should be
one among them sir.

I will give my maximum effort in doing a task sir. Whether a task may
be small or big and I will expect the same from others. If they are not
working up to the mark then I will get a bit disappointment. But in a
short span I will make them involved too.

attitude is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done

sir, I m a fresher, A fresh fruits taste good, a fresh flower has good
fragrance, similarly a fresher employer has new thoughts and thinking
which would be beneficial for the company.
I have a curiosity to learn new things to take myself one step forward

implement that for the growth of the organization. And why should you
hire me it is because I am hardworking plus smartworking and always

meritorious, if he is hardworking, dedicated, honest, punctual and

concerned, I very well know that I am a good student, not the best, but
since I believe that I have all these qualities in me, as well as I want to
be a part of yours company's success story, I think in this way, I may
prove to be an ASSET for your reputed company. So I feel I should get a

Sir, everyone is working for salary because for surviving in the world
money is most important thing. But being a fresher now i have given
first opportunity for my working experience so there is no issue of salary
expectance but i have confident about your salary package which will
you offer to me. This will good and fulfill for my survival..

3. Banks mainly deals with lending and deposit activities.In the case of lending, when
the customer approaches the bank for a loan he would have done his reaserach. He
would definitely have considered other banks beforing applying for a loan in our
bank. So either low interst rates or the customer satisfaction would have helped him
to apply for loan with our banks.So it is natural that an MBA holder in ,marketing can
analyse the situation well and can respond to the needs of the customer.Similarily in
the case of deposit customer satisfaction is predominant. The customer needs to feel
that the bank respects the hard work he had done to earn the money which he is
going to deposit with our bank. So it is all about understanding our customers and
and marketing the bank well. It is what a marketing graduate can well do.
