(Stamping) Department:
– Assisting and supporting safety protocol and procedures with the Safety
Supervising Team.
– Ensuring that all associates are well protected from the hazards and risks of
working on the production and process line.
– Attending a variety amount of safety related meeting, meeting topics such as:
PPE changes and updates, eyewash procedures, improvement on safety
communication, OSHA recordable injuries, etc.
6. “Stop Criteria” Safety Standard:
Definition:
– “Stop Criteria” is the mindset and
idea that whenever an associate
feels that their safety is being
compromised or threatened, that
they have the ability and power to
shut down the production or process
to regroup and reorganize before
starting up the production once
again.
Objective:
– To create a “Stop Criteria” standard in the
Forming Department, ultimately leading to
all divisions and departments for Honda
