1. What are the main issues or problems highlighted in the articles above? The issues were companies don’t provide proper and effective security on their customer details. That’s why it’s easy for people who are good in computers to steal/hack the details.
2. What are the possible consequences for each organisation?The consequences are they loss all the personal data and records of customers. And people are getting harmed because all their details are stolen. Also the trust of the public would be hard to gain it back again
3. What are consequences for the individuals / consumers affected by the breaches? The consequences for the individuals were they don’t have any idea that their details including credit card number were stolen by someone and use it illegally.
4. If these events had occurred in Australia, would there be any possible legal implications?If this case happened to Australia people who committed the crime would be prosecuted and punished. These sorts of things like hacking and stealing data are not acceptable
