Cyber breaches are on the rise, aimed at stealing the subjects of copyright, patent, and confidentiality. At the same time, disruptive technologies like blockchain are creating new opportunities to exploit IP. And evolving technologies like artificial intelligence are creating unprecedented questions - who owns the IP of an AI-created work?
