This report examines the situation of Kosovan Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian children in Germany and after their repatriation to Kosovo. It finds that:
1) Many of these children in Germany have "toleration" status, meaning they have no secure right to stay. This severely restricts their access to education, healthcare, and social participation.
2) Over half of the individuals facing potential repatriation to Kosovo are children, and almost two-thirds were born in Germany. However, their best interests have not been considered a priority in repatriation discussions.
