The Gold colours could connote to the institution as being wealthy, Royal and this could show
that the institution has power over all the other competitors.
The White shown in the institutions shows the emphasis of the writing stand out so the audience
know which institution it is and make sure the audience will recognise the individual institution
anywhere.
The Black is used to contrast the white to make it stand out more so the audience would think
that this film institution is a good one and that the writing is more perceptible as it’s a light on
dark colour.
The Blue in the majority of the institutions show that this film institution has dreams to become
great, and it makes the audience seem peaceful as blue is seen as a peaceful colour.

clouds in the background, these clouds could connote to the fact that dreams are
being made and a story is about to be told to the audience. Which tells the audience
that this film is more relaxing then anything else and is suitable for families to watch
together and the use of clouds make people think of what’s up there e.g. heaven and
connotes celestial imagery

mountain or the shape of a mountain in the background. These
mountains connote that these institutions have a high status in the film
world, and that they have set the bar high and it also shows what they
have achieved during the time the institution has been around and that
the film institution has reached its peak.

5. This institution is showing royalty because of the colour
of the film reel and all the writing is in gold as well and
the use of the lion shows that this film institution has
strength and power because a lion is usually seen as a
powerful animal and the king, the gold used also shows
wealth because gold is expensive and not every
institution can have the gold in their institution logo
This institution is showing that it is the best and it
can be a part of any film because this institution
shows that it is out of this world and its saying that
this institution is the best in the business because it
is universal so it can be used in any film.
This institution is mainly used in children’s films
because it is an animation company. This institution
has a basic layout and they use a lamp as the I to
emphasize that this institution shows children’s
movies.
