材料可选择性较少,通讯类产品涉及材料种类较多,而目前3D打印 可选材料种类较少,极大的限制了3D打印的应用。 
机械性能验证的完备性不足,与实际产品相比,3D打印的样机在材 料和工艺上差距,基于3D打印模型的强度验证、耐热性及透光度等数 据缺乏说服力。 
外观验证时,3D打印的样机在外观和尺寸精度上难以满足要 求,仍需要传统机加工等进行后处理。 
材料成本昂贵,对于小件(重量<200g)成本可接受,但对于 大件(重量>200g)成本难以承受。 
无效成本占比偏高,支撑和垫板等材料成本有时占整体成本的 三分之一以上。
