Editor's Notes

  • #2 Before we start, shall we tickle our mind so that we can prepare of the tasks we need to accomplish ahead of us. Let us think outside the box.  Thinking outside the box You are looking for voids in this world, approaching things in interesting ways and finding variables to it through your creativity. Thinking outside of the box starts with you and your creativity.
  • #7 So basically Samsung started as a small company that sells dried fish fruits and vegetables. Today they no longer sell those because through their efforts they now sell cellphones devices and is one of the giants in modern technology.
  • #11 Indeed, innovation has always been the philosophy of this digital giant . Innovation inspired Samsung to become what it is now. — as Samsung chairman Lee Kun Hee once stated, “Change everything except your wife and kids.” Undeniably, innovation leads to success. And I believe that this is what propelled deped to have this Educational Innovation program.
  • #14 To do something differently requires coming up with an approach, process, product It involves a different way of looking at problems and solving them. Innovation does not always mean creating something from nothing. Just like with any good science project, it relies on researching existing solutions the challenge is to come up with a new ways to present these solutions. Ex. The problem is poor reading comprehension. We know some existing solutions to this are reading logs, reading journals. But I want to innovate so I would think of new ways to present these that would cater the needs of my students in time of pandemic. Just like what the three of us thought last time why not make a qr code repository of reading materials , transform these materials to pdf file then give qr codes to students so they could access them anytime.
  • #20 All the details of your innovation should be presented.
  • #22 All the details of your innovation should be presented.
  • #24 Or you can also present conceptual framework of your innovation , visual representation of an expected relationship of your variables
  • #25 Since we handle SPJ classes, we needed to do something to reach out to learners to discuss lessons, Allow them to engage despite the distance and challenges, and appreciate learning in the new normal education. So we identified the problem that hinder this vision, 2. That led us to the next stage which is Planning and goal setting… we came up with utilizing various social media and online platforms. We plan and set goals on how to do this, which will be further discussed later as we present our innovation Entry. 3. Then we started to create various online platforms for our learners, and invited them to join. They were all required to participate in these platforms. 4. After that we revisited the MELCS to align our lessons and activities which will be included in the innovation. 5. When the innovation Was implemented we continue to monitor the progress of the project through checking the outputs, Monitoring the scores of the learners, the MPS, and even conducting informal interviews to know how the learners feel about the Implementation of the innovation. 6. And lastly, we have the sustainability plan. We
  • #28 Timetable of your project/innovation. Present what will happen during the pre implementation, implementation and post implementation stages)
  • #30 Materials and resources you need..cost estimates of your project
  • #32 You can include here the monitoring and evaluation of you innovation,,if you have tools in monitoring the progress ano na nga tool and who are in charge in the m and e of your innovation
  • #34 The results of your innovation and include also the outputs. You can use statistical tools in presenting your results.
  • #36 Includes also your plans of continuing the innovation. Right after na implement would you continue it for the next school year/ what enhancement will you include for better outcomes It doesn’t end here I will implement this in the succeeding years.
