Passive: interest in change, but no change happens
Known: delivers change within existing action set [managed risk]
Innovation: envisions change within new action sets
Experimentation: process of rapidly iterating new action sets
[unquantified risk]
Disruption: change that negates previous action sets [disruptive risk]
Exploitation: ability to relocate it back into business structure
