Stepping Stones: Enhancing the quality of primary education
INRODUCTION
PROBLEM WE ARE FACING
WHAT ALL WE CAN DO
WE WOULD HAVE A NICE FUTURE.
SCOPE
Education’s purpose is to replace an empty mind with an
open one.
INTRODUCTION
In most countries, it is compulsory for children to receive primary education
although it is permissible for parents to provide it. The major goals of primary
education are achieving basic literacy and numeracy amongst all pupils, as well as
establishing foundations in science, mathematics , geography, history and
other social sciences.The relative priority of various areas, and the methods used
to teach them, are an area of considerable political debate.
 Most of our country’s children are served by the public education system both in
towns as well as in villages. Over the years, while we have made increasing
commitments in financial terms towards school education in the primary sector,
the corresponding outcomes in terms of quality have been quite a failure.
Numerous studies point to teacher related issues. These can be identified as lack
of discipline which includes absence and non punctuality, lack of motivation, and
lack of quality. The other issues that studies point to, such as lack of
infrastructure can be made good over the next few years under the Sarva Shiksha
Abhiyan but the problem of human resource as pointed out needs to be addressed
directly.
PROBLEM WE ARE FACING
Various problem coming in limelight towards the primary education :-
1. Parents not sending there children for studies
2. Lack of infrastructure
3. No punctuality in student.
4. Lack of motivation.
5. Lack of transport facility.
 PARENTS NOT SENDING THERE CHILDREN FOR STUDIES:-
The main cause of the most of the children are lacking of the primary education is
the there parents don’t feel good to send there children's for getting the education in
schools. they think that children could work and bring home some money as they have
large family(mostly this happens in rural areas).
 LACK OF INFRASTRUCTURE
The second cause came into the view is that the infrastructure provided to the student
for the primary education is not of the quality it should be.so the children don’t feel
that much exited to go to school and gain knowledge.
 NO PUNCHUALITY IN STUDENTS
Now a days there is no punctuality left in the student if the student want to go to the
school they go other wise they bunk the school and leave the school by saying that “we
are going to school”.
 LACK OF MOTIVATION
There is no motivation given to the primary student that they can do better. They are
always demotivated that you can study leave the studies. you are born to work and so
on……
THERE ARE MANY PROBLEM IN THE SCENERIO…………………
1. For the problem of parents not sending there children to the school. We
can generate a database about the number of children there are in the
family and there age should be indicated . If any child of the family is
eligible for the primary education and alert should be generated ait
should be seen that parents are sending the child to the school and every
year the database should be updated.
2. For the problem of infrastructure we have to correlate with the
government and we can join hands to make the government primary
school to be better place for learning. As we can see the temples are
made so beautiful that people are eager to visit there in the same way we
can make our temple of learning most beautiful place.
3. As we have seen that the classes are more but teacher are less so we can
generate a virtual class room which have the same atmosphere of the
normal class student can interact with the teacher.
4. As the problem in the now a days scenario is that students are not
punctual . So create such type of system that the student enters into the
school and its attendance is being done. If the students doesn’t come to
the school alert should be send to the parent.
WHAT ALLWE CAN DO????
If we concentrate on the major problem and try to resolve them having hands in hands. We
could imagine a prosperous country . There would be no poverty . No one will sleep hungry.
Every one would be literate.
Let us reform our schools, and we shall find little need of reform in our prisons.
WE SHOULD HAVE A NICE FUTURE
CONCEPT RISK
 The data that would be created would be very large so the data base
server would required
 For the development of the infrastructure would be requiring a large help
from the government.
IMPLEMENTATION CHALLENGES
 As the implementation has to be done to the whole country so it would
take a large amount time and hard work
 The server administrator required would required who should have all
knowledge about the database.

  • 3. Education’s purpose is to replace an empty mind with an open one. INTRODUCTION
  • 4. In most countries, it is compulsory for children to receive primary education although it is permissible for parents to provide it. The major goals of primary education are achieving basic literacy and numeracy amongst all pupils, as well as establishing foundations in science, mathematics , geography, history and other social sciences.The relative priority of various areas, and the methods used to teach them, are an area of considerable political debate.
  • 5.  Most of our country’s children are served by the public education system both in towns as well as in villages. Over the years, while we have made increasing commitments in financial terms towards school education in the primary sector, the corresponding outcomes in terms of quality have been quite a failure. Numerous studies point to teacher related issues. These can be identified as lack of discipline which includes absence and non punctuality, lack of motivation, and lack of quality. The other issues that studies point to, such as lack of infrastructure can be made good over the next few years under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan but the problem of human resource as pointed out needs to be addressed directly. PROBLEM WE ARE FACING
  • 6. Various problem coming in limelight towards the primary education :- 1. Parents not sending there children for studies 2. Lack of infrastructure 3. No punctuality in student. 4. Lack of motivation. 5. Lack of transport facility.
  • 7.  PARENTS NOT SENDING THERE CHILDREN FOR STUDIES:- The main cause of the most of the children are lacking of the primary education is the there parents don’t feel good to send there children's for getting the education in schools. they think that children could work and bring home some money as they have large family(mostly this happens in rural areas).  LACK OF INFRASTRUCTURE The second cause came into the view is that the infrastructure provided to the student for the primary education is not of the quality it should be.so the children don’t feel that much exited to go to school and gain knowledge.  NO PUNCHUALITY IN STUDENTS Now a days there is no punctuality left in the student if the student want to go to the school they go other wise they bunk the school and leave the school by saying that “we are going to school”.  LACK OF MOTIVATION There is no motivation given to the primary student that they can do better. They are always demotivated that you can study leave the studies. you are born to work and so on…… THERE ARE MANY PROBLEM IN THE SCENERIO…………………
  • 8. 1. For the problem of parents not sending there children to the school. We can generate a database about the number of children there are in the family and there age should be indicated . If any child of the family is eligible for the primary education and alert should be generated ait should be seen that parents are sending the child to the school and every year the database should be updated. 2. For the problem of infrastructure we have to correlate with the government and we can join hands to make the government primary school to be better place for learning. As we can see the temples are made so beautiful that people are eager to visit there in the same way we can make our temple of learning most beautiful place. 3. As we have seen that the classes are more but teacher are less so we can generate a virtual class room which have the same atmosphere of the normal class student can interact with the teacher. 4. As the problem in the now a days scenario is that students are not punctual . So create such type of system that the student enters into the school and its attendance is being done. If the students doesn’t come to the school alert should be send to the parent. WHAT ALLWE CAN DO????
  • 9. If we concentrate on the major problem and try to resolve them having hands in hands. We could imagine a prosperous country . There would be no poverty . No one will sleep hungry. Every one would be literate. Let us reform our schools, and we shall find little need of reform in our prisons. WE SHOULD HAVE A NICE FUTURE
  • 10. CONCEPT RISK  The data that would be created would be very large so the data base server would required  For the development of the infrastructure would be requiring a large help from the government. IMPLEMENTATION CHALLENGES  As the implementation has to be done to the whole country so it would take a large amount time and hard work  The server administrator required would required who should have all knowledge about the database.
